Coverage is usually planned for two to three hours and can include event coverage, speaker and guest portraits, and an edited highlight gallery. The final approach is shaped by the setting, the flow of the event, and the agreed access arrangements.

During the event, the focus stays on natural coverage without interrupting the atmosphere. Priority moments and group photographs are agreed beforehand so the session can move smoothly while still capturing the essential details.
After the event, images are curated, edited, and delivered through a private gallery. The selection process removes duplicates and technically unsuitable frames, so the final gallery reflects the strongest usable images from the session.
